Tender Description

  1. The Rural City of Murray Bridge invites tenders from Tenderers to undertake works (civil and landscape) for the development of the Recreation Precinct in Sturt Reserve, Murray Bridge as part of the Council's Sturt Reserve Master Plan. The Council will enter into a Contract for Works with the successful Tenderer subject to Council obtaining development consent and any other statutory approvals that may be required.
  2. Specifically the works include:
  • Package 1, Boat Ramp (NOT INCLUDED IN THIS REQUEST FOR TENDER).
  • Package 2, Rowing Launch inclusive of floating pontoon and associated civil works (Design & Construct);
  • Package 3, Recreation Precinct inclusive of bank stabilisation, shared path construction, furniture, fittings and lighting;
