⁠⁠⁠The ACT Commissioner for Social Housing is seeking a suitably pre-qualified Head Contractor for the design and construction of Common Ground Dickson which is a model of permanent supportive housing designed to provide a mix of social and affordable housing options to low-income earners and people who are at risk of or have experienced homelessness. The proposed Common Ground Dickson will comprise of 40 units with a mix of one, two and three bedrooms.
