Kynuna Racecourse Paddock Trustee Lease

⁠⁠⁠An invitation is extended to submit a written tender to enter into a Trustee Lease/Lease ('Lease') of the Kynuna Racecourse Paddock located at Julia Creek Kynuna Road, Kynuna in the State of Queensland ('Property') and shown as Lease A on the Plan contained in Part 5, on the terms and conditions contained in the Lease in Part 6.

The Trustee Lease/Lease is proposed to be granted in accordance with the McKinlay Shire Council Trustee Lease Land Policy ('Trustee Lease Policy') contained in Part 4. The terms and conditions of the Trustee Lease Policy apply to any submission of Tender under this Request for Tender and must be followed.

The Kynuna Racecourse Paddock is suitable for grazing of cattle.
