Request for Caretaker Services - Cowley Beach Caravan Park

⁠⁠⁠Cassowary Coast Regional Council is requesting quotations for onsite Caretaker
Services at the Cowley Beach Caravan Park. The proposed term is from 19 June 2020 to 31 October 2021 - with potential to extend thereafter.

The site comprises a total of 32 powered sites, 14 unpowered sites, newly refurbished
amenity block, coin operated laundry and a free-standing, onsite two-bedroom residence with office and reception area.

The successful candidate will be representing Cassowary Coast Regional Council. As such, must act in accordance with Council organisational values and code of conduct.

Applicants must complete and respond to the Price Schedule, Selection Criteria and Compliance Criteria to be considered.
