ABOUT THIS QUOTATION:
Council is seeking Quotations from appropriately qualified and experienced Strategic Planning Consultants for the update of the CHCC Jetty Memorial Theatre Strategic and Business Plans for 2021-2026.
Council's Jetty Memorial Theatre (JMT) is located at 337 Harbour Drive Coffs Harbour and currently provides an intimate 255 seat performing arts facility
The strategic and business plan update will provide clear direction for both Council, staff and the community relating to the strategic priorities of the JMT, as well as the strategies, implementation and resourcing actions required to achieve Councils objectives. The plan must also be able to be incorporated, aligned and measured via Council's integrated planning and reporting framework

Quotation enquiries should be directed to Mr Enzo Accadia via the Tenderlink online forum prior to the close-off date for queries as stated on Tenderlink.

SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses should be submitted via the Tenderlink electronic Tender box which is Council's preferred method for submissions, using the attached word version of Part 2 Response Schedules. Proponents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion of your document upload.

Submissions will only be accepted electronically via the Tenderlink portal. Late, verbal, faxed or e-mailed submissions will not be accepted.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
Quotes close at 5.00pm on Monday 8th June, 2020.
Submissions must be fully uploaded before this time. Please be aware that your documents (and those of other Proponent being uploaded immediately prior to the Quotation closing date/time) might adversely affect document upload times. Proponents, therefore, are strongly advised to allow adequate document upload time prior to the Quotation closing time.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Quotation or all or any part of the Quotation, and reserves the right to conduct the Quotation process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.
Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal.
