Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Scope of work
The existing 4M conveyor GTU at the high grade screenhouse is non compliant to the new GTU standard and requires to be replaced. this includes gaurding rectification and structural defect rectification.

This proposed Scope is for the
a) supply of mechanical equipment, structural steel and installation of GTU mech, civil, structural and electrical items
b) Installation of new GTU structure and comp9onmenets
c) Repairs to structural defects in existing structure and corrosion protection coatings; and
d) Removal of old GTU structure being replaced;

The works will involve online and shutdown works and may include risks such as (but not limited) to hot work, working at heights, confined space entry, hazardous paint and working around live, operating equipment.

In addition to this, the contractor may be required from time-to-time to remediate unknown structural integrity issues that may arise during the installation.
