Tree and Arboriculture Services Panel

⁠⁠⁠Council requires a panel of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to carry out arboriculture and general tree maintenance services in accordance with the scope of works.

Submissions are invited for Tree and Arboriculture Services, including:

• Tree pruning
• Rural roadside tree clearances and envelope clearing
• Stump removal and site reinstatement
• Electrical line clearance pruning
• Root control, including root pruning and root barrier installation
• Tree removal
• Tree planting and establishment
• Watering
• Pest and disease treatment
• Emergency works
• Tree inspection and report writing

Contract Term

The Contract term shall be for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for further periods of one year, plus one year up to a maximum extension period of two years. Exercising the optional extension period(s) shall be at the sole discretion of Council and subject to the Contractor’s satisfactory performance during the initial contract period.
