Community Leadership Programs

⁠⁠⁠ The Department of Premier and Cabinet (the Department), is seeking to contract a service provider or providers (the Contractor(s)) to deliver leadership programs for people of African heritage and a leadership program for people from new and emerging communities. The Programs will build the leadership skills and capacity of both existing and potential community leaders.

Invitees are free to submit tender responses for either or both Programs.

Program 1: Leadership program for people of African heritage - The Program will provide training to build the leadership skills and capacity of both existing and potential leaders from Victoria’s African communities. The Program will prioritise community members who are permanent residents or are seeking asylum in Australia.

Program 2: Leadership program for people from new and emerging communities - The Program will provide training to build the leadership skills and capacity of both existing and potential leaders from new and emerging communities across Victoria. The Program will prioritise community members who are permanent residents or are seeking asylum in Australia.
