ROI: Early Contractor Involvement Phase One Epuni Stage 3

⁠⁠⁠The development includes construction of 106 new dwellings comprising:

• 63 one bedroom apartments;
• 38 two bedroom apartments / houses;
• four bedroom houses; and
• One community facility totalling 176 m2 including a community room, office, meeting room and facilities.

Procurement and Contracting Model
Selection of a Contractor will be undertaken in two phases. Phase 1 is the selection of a Preferred Respondent who will provide input into the detailed design process prior to the appointment of the Contractor.

Phase 2 covers the signing and provision of services covered by the Letter of Intent and the Phase 2 RFP (issued to the Preferred Respondent) for the selection of the Contractor following completion of Phase 2.
