Tender Description
Redland City Council is seeking Proposals for Stage 2 Park Upgrade works at Raby Esplanade Park in Ormiston, Redland City.
The work to be performed under this contract comprises of the provision of all materials, plant, labour and the performance of all operations necessary for the supply/delivery, installation/construction, supervision, certification, testing/commissioning and defects liability for the proposed works including but not limited to:
- Removal and disposal of existing assets including park furniture, footpath, basketball court, playground surface and associated items;
- Supply and installation of structures, sports equipment, playground surfaces, park furniture, concrete paths, landscape features;
- Supply and installation of electrical and water service connections;
- Provision of certifications and approvals for building (shade sails, shelters and sports wall), plumbing and electrical;
- Provision of final RPEQ certified ‘As Constructed’ (ADAC) drawings; and
- Provision of management plans.
