Tender Description
The purpose of this approach to market is to engage an experienced organisation to develop and implement an evaluation framework underpinned by ongoing reflective learning and community/stakeholder engagement. An evaluation of the project is needed to ensure that the outcomes are captured and the model is adapted through a process of ongoing data collection and reflective learning. The evaluation aims to ensure the Thriving and On Track model meets the needs of the target communities and promotes ongoing partnership between the key stakeholders. A thorough evaluation will provide evidence that could influence child and youth policies in to the future.
