South Metropolitan TAFE has a requirement for the provision of security and related services for campuses located at sites within the Perth metropolitan area. These services include guard and lock-up security, alarm response, cash collection and banking services. These services are currently are required for all  sites, except the Mandurah campus.

A mandatory briefing will be held during the request advertisement period. The purpose of the briefing session will be to outline and clarify the basis and details of the proposed contractual framework.

Mandatory site visits will also be held for each site to ensure that all potential suppliers are aware of all security requirements at the sites for which they intend to submit an offer.
