Expression of Interest Management ans Operation of the Mount Magnet Memorial Swimming Pool

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Mount Magnet is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified person(s) for the provision of Swimming Pool Management services for the Mount Magnet Memorial Swimming Pool. The period of the contract is for the 2020/21 season commencing on 21 September 2020 and concluding on 31 March 2021 with an option to renew for a further one year term.

Person(s) interested in submitting and Expression of Interest are strongly advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the prospective contract terms and conditions in regard to the forthcoming 2020/21 season where caveat conditions in the contract relate to the current COVID 19 situation and how this may affect the 2020/21 season. Housing adjacent to the swimming pool complex is available to the successful contractor at no rental cost for the duration of the season with the successful contractor expected to be responsible for any utilities cost that exceed the subsidised contract amount.
