Tender Description
The City of Armadale (Principal) requires a suitably qualified and resourced Lead Planning Consultant to prepare the Kelmscott District Activity Centre Structure Plan from the initial stages of concept planning to the point of final determination by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), and associated activities/deliverables.
Structure Plan preparation includes the engagement of sub-consultants to prepare the necessary studies/strategies/plans as required by the WAPC planning framework, and to apply consultation and engagement techniques to support broad stakeholder input.
