Call for Tenders to lease a vacant facility and provide an early childhood education and care service in Collinsville

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education invites organisations to apply to lease and operate an early childhood education and care (ECEC) service at a department owned facility which is co-located on the Collinsville State School site.

The successful lessee will be required to operate an approved ECEC service, based on the identified needs of the local community including the provision of a centre-based childcare service catering for children from birth to prior to school age, including kindergarten children.

There is no recurrent funding available to support the operation of a service at this vacant facility. However, the successful applicant may be eligible to access operational subsidies under the Queensland Kindergarten Funding Scheme.

To lodge a submission by the due date, please read the Tender Information Paper and complete the Tender Application Form which are attached.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, site inspections will be by appointment only and will be limited to 45 minutes maximum.
