Tender Description
Scope of works
The Works include supply and install of a new drainage system for PP1 at MESA J mine site, including:
-Removal of existing drive-in sump & associated pumping, electrical, and control equipment;
-bulk and detailed earthworks;
-reinforced concrete works of approximately 630m3 including sumps, slabs, and retaining walls;
-drainage and piping, barriers and bollards;
-new mechanical works including sump pumps, hose reels, and piping;
-services, electrical and control systems;
Works are to be completed in a staged partial shutdown, maintaining 50% throughput of the PP1 plant at all times. Stage 1 – sump, ancillary, and pre-shutdown enabling works. Stage 2 - South Conveyor Stacker works during 10day partial shutdown of PP1. Stage 3 -North Conveyor Stacker works during 10day partial shutdown of PP1.
