his Request for Quotation (RFQ) is seeking services to facilitate the stakeholder engagement, management and implementation of a levy payer register (a database of the details of individuals and organisations who pay industry-specific levies and charges) for AgriFutures Australia.
The aim of this project is to provide an end-to-end service for the formation of a levy payer register to assist AgriFutures Australia to know who our levy payers are and consult directly with the levy payers who fund our respective RD&E Programs. The implementation of a levy payer register will support AgriFutures Australia’s efforts to:
- Communicate the outcomes and impact of levy payer investment
- To engage levy payers directly in the organisations Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Improvement (MERI) to ensure our programs are meeting the needs of levy payers.
Individuals or organisations making a submission are required to have an understanding of Rural Research and Development Corporations, levies and charges and the levy payer register. Individuals or organisations with experience establishing a levy payer register, strong stakeholder engagement and database implementation will be looked upon favourably.
