Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced IT consulting and CRM solution delivery providers to undertake the design, development and delivery/implementation of a CRM solution for Council’s internal and external users.

The successful bid will comprise of an expert team having strong credentials in CRM or ERP solutions space with demonstrated experience in planning, designing, developing, building required integrations and implementing a cloud based CRM solution in a local government set up.

The solution is expected to be modular, and to be designed, developed in an agile manner demonstrating flexibility, scalability and reusability as key success parameters. The solution should be cloud based and align with the larger Digital Strategy and Plan laid down by Council as part of its strategic plan 2020.

It is intended that this REOI represents phase 1 of the proposed process by which the Council will consider the design development of the CRM. Registrants may be subsequently shortlisted for participation in a subsequent select tender phase.
