Tender Description
The City of Marion seeks to invite suitably experienced suppliers respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) that meets Council’s requirements including any software required to administer and/or configure the system and its interfaces.
Vision
The vision is to implement a Customer Relationship Management system to:
- Provide a Single View of the Customer that supports delivery of an excellent customer experience.
- Provide customers with online information and self-service facilities.
- Support the future implementation of omni-channel customer access.
- Automate business processes to enhance service delivery through efficiency improvements, for example self-service hard rubbish collection bookings.
- Improve reporting and support data led decisions.
While the initial implementation will be for the City of Marion, the vision is for a common solution that can be used across the Cities of Marion, Charles Sturt, and Port Adelaide Enfield to unify systems and processes.
Lodgement of Tender Submissions
A Tender must be marked “Request for Proposal No. CC202036 Customer Relationship Management System”, and provided in full before the Closing Date in electronic format.
The Tenderer is responsible to ensure their tender submission is uploaded to the SA Tenders Website prior to the Closing Date, allowing adequate time for this process.
Tender Submissions lodged by facsimile, email or hard copy WILL NOT be considered or accepted.
Late Tender Submissions
Tender Submissions received after the Closing Date WILL NOT be considered or accepted unless it can be clearly demonstrated exceptional circumstances have arisen. Such circumstances would be limited to a fault in Council’s receiving arrangements for the Tender Submission
