Expressions of Interest - Lease of building

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are invited for the Lease of Building, inclusive of terms and amount, that was previously the Information Centre in Oak Street, Barcaldine.

This building is being leased as is. Any alterations will need to be approved by Council, be at the cost of the tenant and at the end of the lease the building to be restored to its original state.

This building contains an ATM with access required for servicing and maintenance.

Expressions of Interest close on Friday 29 May 2020 at 12.00pm and are to be emailed to tenders@barc.qld.gov.au.
