Aruma currently owns and operates properties located across Victoria, ACT, New South Wales and Queensland. The property portfolio consists of more than 500 buildings that facilitate residential accommodation, commercial office space, community support services, manufacturing, hospitality, training and leisure activities.
He Property Division At Aruma Is Responsible For The Development And Management Of Portfolio Aruma’s Buildings To Ensure All Facilities Are Managed In Accordance Within Required Standards And Legislative Requirements And Best Practice Procedures.
Due to growth in the Aruma Building Portfolio, the property division has identified a need to expand its contractor base in all trades associated with: Building Refurbishment, Repairs, Maintenance And Services.
Aruma Is seeking Expressions Of Interest (EOI) From suitably qualified trade and service contractors.
The Purpose of the EOI is to create a shortlist of applicants to be invited to submit formal tender.
