Tender Description
Light Regional Council (the Council) invites Expressions of Interest from Registrants for the consumption of recycled water from the Freeling Township (the Resource Opportunity).
Council owns and operates a Community Wastewater Management System and stormwater detention basin in Freeling. These facilities provide a supply of recycled water for reuse with an estimated supply volume currently ranging between 50ML and 95ML per year, depending on climatic conditions. Supply volumes are expected to increase over time as additional connections are added to the Freeling CWMS.
Council intends to make the recycled water available for third party reuse.
