Tender Description
Council proposes to invite tenders for the hire of Plant and equipment, with or without an operator, for the twelve-month period: 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. This Invitation includes the Conditions of Contract in Section 2, Specifications in Section 3 and the Tender Submission documents in Section 4. The form of Agreement is that of a ‘Standing Offer’ and it does not place any contractual obligation on the Council to hire or engage Contractors. The application is merely a statement made by a prospective Contractor that they are willing to supply specified Plant and equipment in accordance with the terms and conditions contained
herein.
