Alterations and Additions to Laverton Great Beyond Visitor Centre

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Laverton invites WA Registered Builders to tender for the construction of the above Works.

Tender documents can only be obtained by contacting the Shire via email at: ea@laverton.wa.gov.au

Tender Documents will be issued vis a Dropbox link within a return email.

Tenderers are required to make a MANDATORY Site Inspection, but can do so in their own time during the tender period. However the Architects will be on site on Monday 25th May 2020 to provide a Briefing and to answer any queries.

Site visits will be considered as "essential" travel under the current COVID-19 travel restrictions and all attendees will be issued with an appropriate letter by the Shire prior to the date of travel. All attendees must carry a hard copy of this letter in their person for the duration of their travel and present and be able to present it to officials if required.

Tender can be submitted by hand, post or email as detailed in the Tender Documents. Late Tender submissions shall not be accepted for evaluation. Canvassing of Shire Councillors or staff will automatically disqualify the relevant Tenderer.
