AMSA is seeking experienced Business Analysts to support delivery of multiple projects:

• Search, Rescue & Incident Response (20AMSA072 / 20AMSA073)
• Domestic & International Vessel Inspection, Safety & Compliance (20AMSA075 / 20AMSA036)
• CRM Campaigns Management, enhancements & Intellidox Forms (20AMSA074)

Resources may be allocated to other projects as required to support adhoc analysis or process modelling tasks. Please indicate in your response if there is a specific RFQ number that your candidate/s would like to be considered for.

Reporting to the Project Manager/s and Program Manager these roles will work with project teams (including other BAs, business stakeholders & SMEs, developers, testers and third party vendor teams) to undertake the following activities:

• Business Analysis and business design
• Requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation
• Document functional and non-functional business requirements, use cases and scenarios
• Analyse and map business processes, user pathways and information flows
• Act as a conduit between business stakeholders and the project team to deliver outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities across the program
• Work effectively in a small, dynamic team environment
• Provide knowledge and skills transfer to other team member

NOTE TO SELLERS
Applicants should have an understanding of AMSA's business and our mission. The IT Project teams are small resource groups working closely with business teams, so ability to perform cohesively in this space is key.
