PNCC Parking Management Services 2020-2025

⁠⁠⁠Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) invites Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for Contract 3905 Parking Management Services 2020 – 2025. It is the intention of PNCC to call for tenders for this contract from a maximum of three selected providers, who propose a solution which best meets PNCC requirements now and into the future and who best meet the capability and experience criteria outlined below.

Palmerston North is a growing city of almost 90,000 people. Every day around 2,500 cars visit the City Centre and surrounds and make use of the over 1,800 Council managed parking spaces. PNCC already has in place a sensor parking system which uses fixed parking meters for payment. PNCC is looking to explore new technologies and opportunities for its parking management services, and to expand its capability to include digital management of more of its parking facilities.
