Beach Access Path Stage 2

The Town requests the submission of tenders by suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the upgrade of Beach Access Paths N4, S4 and S15 in accordance with the technical specifications and drawings under a lump sum contract arrangement.

A detailed description of the Town's requirements is contained in Part 3 Specifications.

The schedule of quantities provided is only a guide. All tenderers are to verify this information provided and incorporate any other costed elements to complete the scope of works identified within the Issued for Tender Drawings and Specifications.

The pricing and qualitative components are to be submitted as 2 separate documents, failing which, the bid will be deemed to be non-complying.

Path S15 can only commence on 31 October 2020 at the end of the surfing season whilst N4 and S4 would need to be completed no later than 15 September 2020.

All tenderers are to assume a possession of site date of 6 July 2020 when developing a construction program for the purpose of this tender. Submissions that can demonstrate completion of S4 and N4 in advanced of the specified date will be highly regarded.
