Lease of Property 5D Brockman Street, Manjimup

⁠⁠⁠​​​The Shire of Manjimup is seeking proposals for the lease of a second floor commercial space for food and/or beverage purposes within the Manjimup CBD at 5D Brockman Street, Manjimup.

Late proposals will not be accepted.

The Shire is not bound to accept any EOI submitted.

Canvassing of Councillors or Council Officers will disqualify any proposal.

Each EOI submission must be clearly marked noting its full title (including the EOI number) and delivered to the tender box, Shire of Manjimup Administration Office, 37 – 39 Rose Street Manjimup, posted to PO Box 1, Manjimup WA 6258, or emailed to tenders@manjimup.wa.gov.au
