Coolgardie Town Site Sewer Maintenance & Management Contract

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Coolgardie invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers to undertake maintenance and management services of the sewer system located within the Coolgardie town site.

The scope of the works includes:
a) Management Services
b) Emergency and Corrective / Reactive Maintenance Services
c) Preventative and Routine / Proactive Maintenance Services
d) Predictive Maintenance Services
e) Provisional Services (Augmentation, Renewal and / or Upgrade).

Tender No. RFT 1 / 2020 COOLGARDIE TOWN SITE SEWER MAINTENANCE & MANAGEMENT CONTRACT.

Suppliers meeting the requirements of the tender specification are invited to apply. The contract is a two (2) year performance-based contract with the option of two (2) x four (4) year extensions at the sole discretion of the Principal. A potential combined total of 10 years.

Only questions uploaded to the tender forum will be responded to.

Late Tenders will not be accepted. Facsimiles or hardcopy tenders will not be accepted. The Shire of Coolgardie does not intend to submit a tender.

Deadline for Tenders to be submitted is 2.00pm WST, Thursday, 4th June 2020.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or employees will disqualify.
