Tender Description
The Agency is now seeking to source development services to build a reporting and dashboarding solution to assist the IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams in management of the Agency’s ICT infrastructure and reporting for Executive Leadership.
The IT Infrastructure team currently uses multiple disparate tools to monitor, report and alert on ICT infrastructure operational health. The new Reporting and Dashboard solution would provide a central point for monitoring and reporting on operational status of the infrastructure.
