EOI - Terminal Building for Lease - Kempsey Airport

⁠⁠⁠ This Expression of Interest (EOI) process invites all parties interested to establish or expand commercial operations out of Kempsey Airport, to enter into discussions regarding leasing and associated development opportunities.

Specifically, this EOI covers the immediate exciting and unique opportunity to lease the Kempsey Airport terminal building, for aviation related business operations.

The terminal building consists of two (2) open layout areas totalling 120sqm, that may be converted/fitted-out to lessees' requirements, as well as internal amenities.

The Airport has a fully serviced Aviation Business Park (with direct airside access) and extensive vacant land which could support operations in the terminal building.

Kempsey Airport is in close proximity to the CBD, Pacific Highway & Rail.
Lease to commence 1 July 2020 for up to 10 years.
