Napier City Council (NCC) is embarking on a Digital Transformation program, the first component of which is Human Resources and Payroll.
This is an exciting time to partner with NCC and help us replace legacy systems and transform the way we work. We invite you to read through the requirements and submit your Registration of Interest (ROI) for delivery of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) including time and attendance, rostering and payroll. ROI responses will be used to create a shortlist for a future Request for Proposal (RFP).
