This request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have the capability and experience to deliver Intranet Solutions on the Microsoft SharePoint Online platform (SharePoint Modern).

AFSA is planning to improve its Intranet solution, and has determined that a change in Intranet platform is required. The agency has already adopted a technology strategy which incorporates Office 365 (O365), and is currently delivering other components of O365 to the agency.

AFSA is seeking an appropriately skilled partner who can assist with the implementation of the new Intranet. The main components of this engagement are:
• Technical design and implementation of the Intranet which will be based on user consultation and research completed by the agency.
• Synchronising of data from the agency’s HR system into Active Directory to enable accurate and real-time directory and organisation chart functionality on the Intranet,
• Content Creation Expertise on and time and materials basis,
• Training and Knowledge Transfer to AFSA staff
• Groups, and
• Branding
We are primarily interested in a standard Sharepoint Online solution, though are open to solutions such as “Intranet in a box” or other innovative approaches that vendors may have experience in providing.
