Tender Description

The Gardiner Park Synthetic Field Project at 51A Wolli Creek Road, Banksia consists of the replacement of the existing turf playing field with a state of the FIFA Quality mark and/or FIFA 1 Star synthetic soccer field and which meets the requirements of Football NSW and FIFA Certification.

The works include but not limited to the following:

  1.  Protection of Trees and Heritage elements;
  2.  Installation of a new irrigation system on the secondary field and associated tank and connection works;
  3.  Installation of a new perimeter fence around the synthetic field;
  4.  Drainage Pipes removal and installation of replacement drainage work ;
  5.  Installation of Synthetic Field drainage;
  6.  Bulk excavation including cut and fill;
  7.  Surplus soil removals off-site;
  8.  Make good, lay and establish turf to all filled area;
  9.  Reinstate existing field lighting with conduit and wiring as necessary; and
  10.  Installation of a FIFA Certified synthetic playing surface including all associated works and materials including but not limited to perimeter concrete paths, goals, corner posts coaches boxes, line marking.

In accordance to the Request of Tender Documents issued.
