Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design and construction of the main civil and mechanical works for the new inlet works at the Aubinville Sewage Treatment Plant located in Maryborough, Queensland.
The scope of works in general terms consists of the supply of all labour, material and equipment for the following:
Diversion of the existing sewer rising main SRM450 (includes design)
Diversion of the existing gravity sewer S62185 (includes design)
New raw sewage pump station
New inlet works structure
New septage receival, screening area and pump station
New flowmeter chamber for the primary sludge main
New odour control facility
New standby generator and fuel-storage area
New potable water booster pump station
Replacement service waster booster pump station (includes design)
Refurbishment of the existing PS2 pump station
Various interconnecting pipelines and cut-ins to the existing STP systems
Site services including all underground electrical pits and conduits, foul drainage, stormwater, service water and potable water networks
Roadworks and lay-by / hardstand areas surrounding all new infrastructure (as mentioned above)
Demolition and decommissioning of the existing raw sewage pump station and existing inlet works
Permanent boundary fencing and gates and
Various surface finishing, footpaths and landscaping.
