Coliban Water invites expression of interest submissions for the design and construction of upgrade works at the Echuca Water Treatment Plant. The upgrade includes an additional 6.6ML of clear water storages, a UV disinfection system, a new high lift pump station and the refurbishment of an existing pump station.
