Tender Description
Auckland District Health Board (ADHB) is seeking to appoint a Panel of suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers of Mechanical Services (including HVAC) for its capital works developments and business as usual (BAU) requirements. Refer separate (5) attachments.
The Respondent must be able to undertake work on the following types of Assets including, but not limited to:
• Water cooled package units;
• Air cooled package units;
• Air cooled condensing unit split systems;
• Fan coil units;
• Fresh air systems;
• Exhaust fans;
• Ventilation fans;
• Extract fans;
• Air quality monitoring equipment;
• Air handling units;
• Heating elements;
• Time-clocks;
• Controllers;
• Chillers;
• Boilers;
• Calorifiers;
• Compressors;
• Medgas Outlets
• Medgas Scavenging Pumps
• Various Medgas Plant
• Medical Vacuum Pump
• Pumps;
• Ductwork;
• Pipework;
• Switchboards to mechanical equipment;
• Dampers;
• Diffusers;
• Thermostats;
• Water treatment;
• Filters replacement (supplied by others);
• Tanks;
• Valves;
• Strainers;
• Plant rooms;
• CO and CO2 sensors;
• VSD units; and
• components including but not limited to plenums, coils, drains, motors, condensers, heat exchangers, wiring, displays, insulation, grilles, fitting, fixings and condensate drainage.
• Seismic restraint of plant and equipment including retrofitting of seismic Restraints
