Warrigal Road State School - New General Learning Centre (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2)

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new classroom Block at Warrigal Road State School, located at 314 Warrigal Road, Eight Mile Plains Qld 4113.

The new building is two levels and contains 12 Classrooms, 2 flexible learning area, amenities, staff rooms and associated spaces and site works.

Tender submissions will be accepted from eligible contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligiable contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
