This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Digital Platform’s key purpose is to be a national, innovative, data-driven, one-stop-shop for national careers development information. The Digital Platform must become a trusted, resource for Australians of all ages and stages of life to easily find information to help them make decisions about how to plan, navigate and manage their careers as member of the Australian workforce.
The Institute has undertaken extensive user research to understand where the digital platform should be positioned and how it can meet the needs of Australians who are planning, managing and navigating their careers, and the functions it should include.
Based on user research, the Digital Platform will be a national careers-focused digital platform to act as a single point of entry or ‘front door’ to assist people to find accurate and authoritative careers information and advice on learning, training and work pathways.
Initial minimum viable product (MVP) is mandated for delivery by 31 July 2020, followed by a staged approach to a final product by 30 June 2021.
The NCI intends the design and build process for the end-state product, to be collaborative with final detail and functionality included in the MVP and following releases developed with the successful Seller.
