This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
DSS seeks to engage an experienced panel member who has the capability to undertake technical proof of concepts (PoCs) or implementation of existing technology across the Analysis, Evaluation and Data Group (AEDG).
The successful seller will be required to engage with staff from each of the four branches that make up AEDG as well as relevant stakeholders from the department’s Information Technology (IT) area. This engagement will provide the vendor with the required background to implement process, technology or undertake technical PoCs. The outcome of this work is to provide senior managers of AEDG with the required information or working examples to determine if these processes or tools should be implemented more broadly across the AEDG.
The scope of work will cover reporting, release of data, analytical models, job management and mapping tools. These priorities have been identified as potentially providing increased capability and cost savings for AEDG.
