Northern Beaches Council is working closely with the community to build strategies that enhance our quality of life, promote sustainable development and protect our environment.

As part of the 2019/20 Capital Works Commercial Centre Upgrade and Renewal Programs, Council is undertaking the upgrade of Killarney Heights Commercial Centre public area.

The landscape works aim to improve overall functionality and aesthetics of the public space. Works are to include a new playground with shade structure, synthetic surfacing, improved seating, bins, drainage, path works and landscaping.

Council would like to invite you to provide a quotation for landscape works in the public outdoor area. Works will include demolition works, earthworks to meet the nominated levels including the playground area and drainage. Landscaping to include the installation of seating, garden edging, concrete paths, furniture, planting and mulching. The installation of the playground and shade structure will need to be coordinated with Council's nominated contractors. Supply and installation of playground softfall and synthetic grass will also be required as part of the landscape package.

The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have quotes considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Quotation document is provided.
The Contract term will be determined by the expected commencement of works and expected completion of works.
