Campbelltown City is a designated strategic centre and is just 53kms from the Sydney CBD, covering an area of 312 km2.
The City is home to more than 160,000 people with the population expected to reach 270,000 by 2031, and is a significant centre for the Macarthur region, providing a broad range of services and facilities including a major hospital, university, two TAFE colleges, arts centre, public transport, large shopping centres and a growing commercial and industrial sector.
Our location on the F5 provides residents and visitors with easy access to the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Residents enjoy this proximity while valuing the natural environment surrounding the city, including the Georges River, Scenic Hills, extensive bushland and rural lands.
Council's principal service centre is located at the Civic Centre in Queen Street, Campbelltown.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council requires a suitably experienced organisation to provide the full suite of required Ticketing Services to Council for ticketed events held at Campbelltown Sports Stadium (football stadium only).
Council is looking to partner with a reputable, experienced and adaptable Ticketing Services Provider that can effectively demonstrate the capability to meet the needs of Council's major Hirers and the high service and value for money expectations of ticket purchasers.
Council's aim is to procure service standards from a Ticketing Services Provider that reflect best industry practice.

SCHEDULE
Contract let: May/June 2020
Services may be requested from: 1 July 2020 - preparation and Hirer liaison and ticket builds will be required for Contract let
Term services may be required: Five years with two options for extension of 12 months each
