Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the works associated with the supply of materials and labour for the upgrade of amenity block located in Blues Point Reserve, McMahons Point.
Proposed works are associated with the supply of materials and labour for the upgrade of an amenity building located in Blues Point Reserve at the end of Blues Point Road in McMahons Point.
The upgrade aims at addressing poor condition of the existing toilet amenities and includes the following: replacement of existing roof timber base panels, metal sheeting and skylights, tile re-grouting and replacement, painting, replacement of all fixtures and lighting, concreting, sewer investigations and coordination of sewer renewal works with Sydney Water.
Tender documents are also available in hardcopy from 7 April 2020 for a non-refundable fee of $300.00 per set, from North Sydney Council at 200 Miller Street, North Sydney.
Submissions in sealed envelopes marked with the quotation number 30/2020 and clearly labelled 'Blues Point Reserve Amenities Refurbishment' must be submitted in accordance with conditions of tendering by 4.00 pm on Thursday, 7 May 2020.
