Tender Description
City of Prospect (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of the delivery of the Civil & Landscape works for three (3) Reserve upgrades including new Playspace, Fitness Area and Dog Park (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer.
The three (3) Reserves upgrade projects to be delivered consist of:
1. JW Rattley Reserve - Upgrade
2. Broadview Oval / Yarnta Tutu yarta - Playspace and Dog Park Upgrade
3. Charles Cane Reserve/ Parndo Yerta – New Playspace and Fitness Area
