Employee Feedback Platform

⁠⁠⁠ASIC currently engages with three different suppliers to collect, analyse and interpret data in relation to employee feedback and engagement. These data points include:

• New employees who have been with ASIC for at least 3 months (Onboarding)
• Yearly organisational survey to measure engagement, innovation, culture, wellbeing (Engagement)
• Employees leaving the organisation (Offboarding)
• 360-degree feedback which is used for talent and performance development (360 Assessment)

Together, this data provides the People & Development team with insight into the current trends, potential watch points, and guidance to inform our people strategy.

The objective of this procurement is to source a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to design, facilitate and administer all aspects of an Employee Feedback Platform (EFP). The primary aim of the EFP is to administer the yearly Engagement survey, however, it has scope to include the aforementioned data points, depending on the capability of the supplier. Combining all data points in one platform will create more efficiencies from an administrative and procurement perspective and allow deeper analytics into the data we collect, including the ability to obtain predictive analytics.
