The Fraser Coast Regional Council (Principal) lies within the Wide Bay–Burnett region of Queensland, approximately 250 kilometres north of Brisbane, the state capital.
It is centred on the twin cities of Hervey Bay and Maryborough, and also contains Fraser Island. Fraser Coast Region is geographically boundaries can be seen here.
The Fraser Coast Regional Council has identified that it is now necessary and opportunistic for the organisation to engage a Program Manager – “Hinkler Deal” To build a better Fraser Coast Community, FCRC has successfully negotiated the Hinkler Deal worth $260 million in total, for upcoming Council’s projects.
