The Australia Awards and Alumni Engagement Program Philippines (AAAEP-P) is a four-year program of the Australian Government that aims to support the Philippines in its effort to progress its development goals and have positive relationships with Australia that advance mutual interests. AAAEP-P has entered into partnership arrangements with 11 Philippine Government agencies to which it provides support through targetted long term scholarships and short courses. This assistance aims to address competency gaps identified through organisational training needs analyses.
This tender is for the design and delivery of modular, competency-based short courses identified as high priority and urgent by the partner agencies to address their competency gaps. The courses being tendered are either cross-agency training courses or courses specific for an individual partner agency. Course delivery modes are either face-to-face delivery or online. The timing of the face-to-face delivery is dependent on the life of the quarantine arrangements currently in place in the Philippines.
Course designs should be contextualised for the Philippines. AAAEP-P encourages partnerships between Australian and Philippine learning service providers in the delivery of short courses to its partner agencies.
