This offer is for the establishment of a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for the supply of;
Bronze Plaques;
Granite / Concrete /Sandstone Stones; and
Stainless Steel Vases
The supply items that may be quoted are listed in ANNEXURE A. Not all confirming offers will be accepted to the panel contract. Submissions will be evaluated using price and non-price criteria to evaluate the most advantageous group of providers for each category.
