Metro North Hospital and Health Service is seeking Offers for a Case Management Solution to replace several currently used solutions which are approaching expiry dates.
Offerors are invited to submit Offers for the supply, delivery, implementation, integration and support services for an off-the-shelf and fit-for-purpose Case Management Software System for the Metro North Health Information Access Unit and across MNHHS.
It is expected that the Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with two (2) extension options of twelve (12) months each (subject to change).
