Campbelltown City is a designated strategic centre and is just 53kms from the Sydney CBD, covering an area of 312 km2.

The City is home to more than 160,000 people with the population expected to reach 270,000 by 2031, and is a significant centre for the Macarthur region, providing a broad range of services and facilities including a major hospital, university, two TAFE colleges, arts centre, public transport, large shopping centres and a growing commercial and industrial sector.

Our location on the F5 provides residents and visitors with easy access to the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Residents enjoy this proximity while valuing the natural environment surrounding the city, including the Georges River, Scenic Hills, extensive bushland and rural lands.

Council's principal service centre is located at the Civic Centre in Queen Street, Campbelltown.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council is seeking suitably qualified companies for the whole or partial building demolition works including removal and disposal of all materials. Some buildings may contain asbestos and removal and disposal must be carried out by a Licensed Contractor.
Council intends to appoint a panel of providers as a result of this Tender and then call for quotations from the successful organisation(s) each time it requires whole or partial building demolition works

Services may be requested from June 2020 TBC
Term services may be required: Three years with two options for extension of 12 months each
